What is Agile Africa?

Agile Africa is a non-profit association which supports the Agile community in its efforts to make societies evolve towards more efficiency and excellence, which has set itself the following different objectives:

• Undertake and support all promotion, dissemination and education actions relating to so-called agile concepts and practices; it also intervenes to promote the professional development of people using these practices,
• Facilitate learning and networking, aiming to surely meet the high expectations of African entrepreneurs in terms of sharing experiences, skills propagation and the search for new partners,
• Create more synergy between Europe and Africa and contribute to the co-development of the two ecosystems,
• Open up to other continents in search of collaboration.

Agile Africa Conference is an agile event in the form of conferences, workshops, feedback and a day of learning and networking.

These conferences give participants the opportunity to create their own toolbox to better develop their business, make it more competitive and attractive on the VUCA world market and better suited to the future of work.

This is the ambition of the Agile Africa club that we place at the service of sustainable growth in Africa. Agile Africa workshops and conferences will be led by nationally and / or internationally recognized speakers from various countries: France, Spain, Germany, Morocco, Australia, Russia, Guinea, Mali, etc. The three main themes that we will address:

2. Best practices for developing your business based on emerging markets in a constantly evolving digital era
3. Ways to integrate lean startup, agile mindset and respond to future work challenges.
